Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and y339 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the y339 online gaming platform available at y339.org and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces. By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the y339 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active y339 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

y339 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Account access may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

Account Management

Each individual may hold only one registered y339 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different registration details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. y339 uses technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon discovery.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your y339 login credentials. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share them with any third party. y339 will treat all actions performed using your login credentials as authorised by you.

If you believe that your y339 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. y339 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of the investigation. y339 is not responsible for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login details.

y339 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the account is being used for fraudulent or abusive purposes, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the y339 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y339 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted on the platform:

• EasyPaisa — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer

You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the verified details on your y339 account. Deposits made using third-party payment methods will be returned to the source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the cashier page for each individual method. y339 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may not be processed to a payment method different from the one used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value.

y339 does not accept deposits made with funds acquired through illegal activity. If y339 has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are the proceeds of criminal activity, the account will be suspended, the relevant authorities may be notified, and the funds may be subject to regulatory hold.

Bonuses and Promotions

y339 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions attached to each individual offer:

Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in any casino or gaming product on the y339 platform, you agree to the specific rules governing each game type. These rules are accessible from within each individual game or betting market and are supplemental to these Terms.

The following general gaming rules apply across all products on the y339 platform:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the y339 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all details before confirming a bet.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game session or bet settlement, y339 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the stake to the player's account balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y339 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one y339 account, or using another person's account details.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, fraud, or money laundering activity.

Limitation of Liability

y339's total liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the same calendar month. Nothing in these Terms shall limit y339's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

The decision of the independent adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect your rights pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
